    A familiar face is back at the wheel for another spin as chief executive officer of Volvo Cars. Hakan Samuelsson, who previously led the automaker from 2012-2022 and helped bring the company to South Carolina, reclaims the corner office April 1 following the resignation of Jim Rowan, who abruptly stepped down as CEO on March 31.     Container lines are bringing more vessels to the Port of Charleston this year as cargo volumes consistently outpace their year-ago comparisons and the Southeast's economy continues to grow. The S.C. State Ports Authority said March 20 that it will host 29 weekly container ship visits starting this spring — up from the previous 25, for a 16 percent increase.
