Bucks Co. family concerned after man tried taking puppy from young girl

A Pennsylvania family is looking for answers after a stranger approached a young girl and grabbed her puppy's leash. The girl was visiting her grandmother in Perkasie, Bucks County, when she took her 7-month-old Bernese Mountain Dog puppy for a walk to check out the neighborhood's Free Little Library on April 9 around Noon. Her grandmother told NBC10 that this was when a man that the girl didn't know approached her and grabbed at her dog's leash while she was on the 500 block of North 7th Street.

Montgomery County man accused of hiding cameras inside homes to spy on women

A man from Montgomery County has been arrested after police said he placed hidden cameras inside several homes to watch women and young girls undress. David Lyons turned himself in to police after being accused of putting hidden cameras in his home in Glenside and a vacation home at the Jersey Shore. Police said the case began in Beach Haven last summer after a victim witnessed a camera being placed in an outdoor shower. The device was searched, leading to police searching Lyons' home in Glenside.
Pa. man sentenced for sexually assaulting women while posing as nurse

A Pennsylvania man was sentenced for sexually assaulting multiple women while posing as a nurse. On Monday, March 24, 2025, Ramon Garcia, 34, was sentenced to five to 10 years in state prison. He was also found to be a sexually violent predator, which means lifetime registration under Megan's Law, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. Garcia pleaded guilty to the charges back in December of last year.
Card skimming devices found at multiple stores in the Philadelphia region

You might want to check your bank accounts. Card-skimming devices have been found at several stores across the Philadelphia area. Mount Ephraim Police Department in Camden County, New Jersey, shared in a Facebook post that on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, employees at a 7-Eleven located at 521 W. Kings Highway found a skimming device. Police said the device had been attached to the credit card machine at the store's register and closely resembled the store's actual machine.
Community rallies to raise money for Abington fire departments in need after SPS Technologies fire

The fire at SPS Technologies in Abington Township burned for six days in freezing conditions causing stress to the equipment for the responding fire departments. During the fire that started on Feb. 17, multiple explosions could be heard throughout the factory and, officials said, all of the 60 employees inside at the time were able to get out safely.
