UPDATE IN THIS CASE, DEB. ASHLEY. AND IT’S A BIG ONE. I FIRST BEGAN REPORTING ON TIFFIN MATTERS BACK IN 2015. THEN EIGHT YEARS LATER AND WITH A NEW OWNER, I REVISITED THE ATHLETIC COMPANY ONLY TO FIND THOSE SAME ISSUES PERSISTED. CUSTOMERS TOLD ME THEY PAID THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR MATS THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED. IN SOME CASES, THE STATE FOUND TIFFIN MATS MISLED CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE STATUS OF THEIR ORDERS.
