Librarian Carla Hayden received the email from the White House deputy director of presidential personnel on Thursday, NBC News reported. “President Donald J. Duwan Gales, who is from the city, was charged with first-degree murder and multiple weapons offenses, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
