Ajanaye was at a friend’s house in south Sacramento on Sunday afternoon when the incident occurred. Deputies revealed that a 16-year-old boy had a gun and accidentally fired it, ending Ajanaye’s life. The boy fled the scene but was later apprehended in Stockton. The suspect was no stranger to law enforcement.
