JLL worked on behalf of the seller, Camden Property Trust. JLL also represented the buyer in securing a loan through Freddie Mac. JLL Real Estate Capital will service the loan.

JLL worked on behalf of the borrower to secure a five-year loan through M&T Bank. Located at 100-110 Fordham Road, the 393,911-square-foot campus sits on 40.1 acres and features high-bay R&D, robotics and distribution space.

Continental Realty Corporation has acquired CityPlace Doral, a 235,096-square-foot, grocery-anchored destination retail center in Doral, Fla., for $87.5 million. JLL represented the seller, PGIM Real Estate, and procured the buyer. JLL also worked on behalf of Continental Realty Corporation to secure an acquisition loan. Completed in 2017, CityPlace Doral is a multi-building destination retail center that is now 82 percent leased.
DML Capital acquires class A office property in West Houston

Additionally, JLL worked on behalf of DML to secure insurance company financing for the acquisition. Reserve at Westchase is located at 3250 Briarpark Dr., close to Beltway 8 and Westpark Tollway in Houston’s Westchase submarket.

Located at 400 East Parr Boulevard, the northern Nevada facility was acquired by an undisclosed owner/occupant in the kitchen and bath appliance industry for $20.5 million. Sears Outlet Stores previously tenanted the property. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction.
