Mercy, the Chesterfield-based multistate health system, has promoted a new top nurse. The nonprofit named Stephanie Clements as the system's new chief nurse executive. Clements, previously vice president and community chief nursing officer at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City, will be based in St. Louis and will take her new role April 27, officials said.
