    MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Days after the Department of Labor announced the pause of operations at Job Corps programs across the country, including Memphis, a federal judge temporarily blocked the move by the Trump administration, granting students and employees temporary relief. A federal judge in Manhattan temporarily blocked the elimination of Job Corps Thursday morning. There will be a hearing to discuss the future of the program in two weeks.

    MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Most Memphis drivers are used to potholes or, at the very least, those metal sheets the city uses to cover them up. But FOX13 on Tuesday morning uncovered a pothole on Winchester Road near Memphis International Airport that appeared to be more like a crater. Several drivers were seen having issues getting around the road hazard. FOX13 saw one car hit the pothole before losing a hubcap. The pothole appeared to be at least 3-foot wide.

    WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. - Help is available for people still dealing with flooding in West Memphis. The city saw more than a foot of rain from last week’s storms, but conditions are improving.   Crittenden County Emergency Management said about 150 people in West Memphis and 25 people in nearby Earl were evacuated from their homes because of flooding. The American Red Cross set up a shelter at the Roberta Jackson Neighborhood Center in West Memphis.
