As of Wednesday, the City of Memphis said about 11 people were still living there. More tenants are scheduled to move out Thursday, the city said. The Table Ready Program is inspired by the DMC's Open on Main program that is catered toward retail businesses. Brian Mykulyn, Program Manager with the Downtown Memphis Commission, told FOX13 the organization wanted to find a space to allow food service businesses test out the downtown market.

    GERMANTOWN, Tenn. - The intersection of Germantown Parkway and Wolf River Boulevard just received a major facelift. For two years, the busy intersection was under construction. The intersection was widened, more turn lanes were added, and more protection was added for pedestrians. There is still some work left, like painting crosswalks and removing some tree stumps, but the heavy workload for crews is done.
