SALT LAKE CITY — As many as 100,000 people could be in the downtown area this weekend as The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints holds its 195th Annual General Conference. “If you’re downtown, it is going to be very busy. KSL Chief Meteorologist Kevin Eubank said the chances are high that we’ll have a few more snowstorms this spring. “During the month of April, we still average here in Salt Lake City about 3 inches of snowfall,” Eubank said. The main objective of SB208 is to set a priority for when conflicts arise between things like extended parent time and a designated holiday like a child’s birthday. Bill sponsor Sen. Todd Weiler, R-Woods Cross, said Mother’s Day and Father’s Day would take precedence over other types of custody.
