    OGDEN, Utah (ABC4) — The Ogden City Police Department is cracking down on crosswalk violations as the number of crashes continues to climb. This is part of a few different initiatives to address dangerous driving behavior.  Police officers spent Tuesday afternoon at two busy school crosswalks pulling drivers over, ticketing them and giving them an informational flyer.
