Retired Dutchtown High School football coach Benny Saia still holds the keys to the high school's football field — a place of pride in Ascension Parish. It was on that field where Kansas City Chiefs safety Justin Reid and his brother Eric Reid got their start. That normalcy changed with a rumor about a student, a backpack, and a gun. Lives were changed forever after administrators began asking questions. “It was very loud.
