    The opening of the Oak Ridge Outdoor Pool could be slightly delayed this summer because of unexpected repairs that led to other delays. At this point, the opening day is not known. Oak Ridge City Manager Randy Hemann made the announcement during Monday's Oak Ridge City Council meeting.     Oak Ridge High School's graduation begins at 7 p.m. Friday at Blankenship Field. If the ceremony is called off for rain and thunderstorms, the rain date will be 7 p.m. Saturday. Molly Gallagher Smith, Oak Ridge Schools' chief communications specialist, said the decision to postpone the graduation ceremony would be done by 5 p.m. Friday.

    A final vote and public hearing on rezoning approximately 375 acres in west Oak Ridge that is being used by a company to collect and recycle the blades of decommissioned wind turbines is scheduled for Monday night's Oak Ridge City Council meeting. That public meeting is set for 7 p.m. in the Central Services Complex, 100 Woodbury Lane. The land is currently zoned Federal Industry and Research (FIR), the designation for land held by the U.S. Department of Energy.
