FAYETTEVILLE -- Cities and counties in Northwest Arkansas need to work toward an overall, coordinated goal for managing growth, members of the Northwest Arkansas Council were told at their spring meeting Wednesday. The council is a group of the region's business and community leaders who work to address region-wide issues. The council hired a Miami-based urban planning firm DPZ CoDesign in January to help decide what that goal should be.
