Planta, a national vegan restaurant chain, closed its West Palm Beach location on May 20. The closure is part of Planta's Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, citing decreased consumer spending. Planta restaurants remain open in other locations, including Fort Lauderdale and Coconut Grove. Planta, a national chain with headquarters in Miami Beach, has filed for bankruptcy, and one of the early casualties is its restaurant in West Palm Beach at CityPlace.
