    PUEBLO — The Pueblo Memorial Airport is getting a new airline that will offer more flights to and from Denver. It's all part of the city's plan to revamp and improve the airport. The small airport ended an agreement with the former airline, Southern Airways, back in August. The new airline plans to make travel to and from the Steel City easier. The City of Pueblo has partnered with Denver Air Connections to be the new essential airline at the Pueblo Memorial Airport.

    PUEBLO — On Monday night Pueblo City Council was supposed to vote on a no sit or lie ordinance that would make it illegal to sit or lie down on a sidewalk in some areas of Pueblo, including in the downtown business area. That vote has been pushed to the next city council meeting on April 28th. The Pueblo Police Department has previously voiced their support for the no sit and lie ordinance saying it is dangerous for people to be laying or sleeping on or near the sidewalk.

    COLORADO SPRINGS — Colorado Springs is less than one week away from approved stores being able to sell recreational marijuana in the city. As of Friday afternoon, 22 businesses have been granted a retail marijuana license. There are several new signs being installed outside of dispensaries that read, “recreational marijuana.”"So excited for Colorado Springs and the changes,” said Donna Gustin, a long time medical marijuana patient.

    PUEBLO — The City of Pueblo wants to create more affordable homes, but not necessarily in a traditional sense. The housing department is working on fixing up abandoned houses and making them livable again. When driving through Pueblo, the boarded up, burned and abandoned homes are easy to spot. “We all know that we have a problem with vacant homes,” said Melissa Cook, Housing Administrator for the City of Pueblo.

Results show Heather Graham will be the next mayor of Pueblo. According the the city of Pueblo’s website, Graham received 62.9% of the votes. @KOAA
