    A Canberra burglar who was tracked down by the owner of a stolen iPad, has been sentenced to nearly four years' jail by the ACT Supreme Court, after he went on to rob eight other homes while on bail. Tristan Saunders, 25, pleaded guilty to 19 charges which included burglary, theft, fraud and possession of goods believed to be the proceeds of crime. He's been in jail since the final offence in April last year.

Artistic co-director Holly Downes says the festival has turned a corner, in part because it offers a wider range of entertainment than some other music festivals.     The Canberra doctor accused of sexual offences against four women can now be identified as cardiologist Rajeev Pathak after a suppression order on his identity was lifted. The ACT Magistrates Court had suppressed Dr Pathak's name after he was brought to court earlier this year to face twenty charges.
