The court found GRE Sales — also known as Geocon — and GZ Developments — ultimately owned by Zapari — had broken the law by suggesting light rail to Woden Town Centre had been approved and would stop near the Grand Central Towers.

A 33 year old Canberra man is to face a charge of attempted murder after a decision was made to upgrade his charges after a stabbing last month. Fasil Jember is already facing charges of aggravated common assault and inflicting grievous bodily harm. Mr Jember was to have appeared in the ACT Magistrates Court today to face the new charge, but his lawyer told the court he had had no notice of the change.
