(KKTV) - New details have emerged in the case of Colorado Springs Police Officer Neil Jackson, who is facing multiple criminal charges, including felony stalking, after allegedly misusing department resources to monitor his ex-girlfriend, also a fellow officer. According to the arrest affidavit obtained by 11 News, Jackson is accused of using internal CSPD software to locate the victim, who had ended a relationship with him in January of this year.
