RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Brent Clifford in court Aug. 16 in Placer County after being arrested in Portola, on Aug. 14. He was formally charged with two counts of identity theft and one count of fraudulent use of an access card. He was booked into Placer County jail on a murder charge. He is a suspect in a missing person case of Patricia Portella-Wright and a suspect in in the shooting death of William Andrews on keystone avenue.

The Nevada Department of Agriculture Director Dr. J.J. Goicoechea says they began the process of removing the horses from a development property on Aug. 7, saying they had to do so to protect them from active construction.
