Pitt lacrosse (4-9, 0-6 ACC) defeated Central Michigan (2-11, 2-0 MAC) in an 18-3 win on Tuesday. The game, initially scheduled for a later time slot, was moved to 10 a.m. due to thunderstorms. Despite the change, rain still persisted as the Panthers took the field. Pitt began the game with an electric start, despite the conditions. Pitt fifth-year attacker Camdyn O’Donnell sparked the offense with a hat trick, scoring three goals and securing three ground balls in just the first quarter.

In a room filled with the aroma of Persian cuisine, three dancers gracefully took the stage, whirling to the serene melodies of traditional musical instruments. This Sufi whirling event, hosted by the newly formed Fann Club, is just one expression of the various Sufi practices aimed at fostering spiritual connection. The Fann Club began as a Middle Eastern arts and crafts club in February.
