Blackpool Pleasure Beach have announced there will be a new ride coming to the park - and it's set to the be the biggest of its kind. The new Gyro Swing will cost £8.72m and is a giant spinning pendulum that swings 120 degrees and reaches 138 feet at its highest point. It will be able to seat 40, with riders facing outwards with their legs dangling. Riders will also be able to feel as though they are flying over the sea as it will be located in the north of the park close to the perimeter.
