BRIGHAM CITY – Emma Jaime Bush of Brigham City has been named one of three recipients of the 2025 D.L. Evans Foundation Scholarship, earning $1,100 to support her studies at Salt Lake Community College. Bush, a graduating high school senior, was selected as part of the bank’s ongoing commitment to help students in Idaho and Northern Utah pursue higher education. The scholarship can be used at any accredited college, university, or trade school in the United States.

BOISE — Idaho Gov. Brad Little has authorized up to $300,000 from the state’s emergency fund to assist U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) with transporting convicted undocumented immigrants out of Idaho jails.
