    (Red Oak) -- A suspect faces a pair of charges following their arrest in Red Oak late Saturday morning. The Red Oak Police Department says 44-year-old Adam Wayne Lewis was arrested shortly after 11 a.m. for operating while intoxicated, 2nd offense, an aggravated misdemeanor, and no valid driver's license. Authorities say the arrest occurred in the 500 block of North Broadway. Lewis was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $2,000 bond.

    (Red Oak) -- A suspect faces a pair of charges following his arrest in Red Oak early Saturday morning. The Red Oak Police Department says 36-year-old Thomas Allen Daffer was arrested shortly after 12:30 a.m. for domestic abuse assault, 1st offense, and obstruction of emergency communication device, both simple misdemeanors. Authorities say the arrest occurred in the 700 block of East Market Street. Daffer was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and held without bond.

    (Red Oak) -- A Red Oak man faces drug charges following his arrest Friday afternoon. The Red Oak Police Department says 42-year-old Matthew Wayne Echternach was arrested shortly after 3:30 p.m. for possession of a controlled substance, 3rd offense. Authorities say the arrest occurred in the area of Highland and Forest Avenues. Echternach was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $5,000 bond. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office assisted officers in conducting the arrest.

Company officials Friday announced the changes for city of Shenandoah water-billed customers to "better serve the growing Shenandoah community."
