In a game that both teams needed to perform well in, each side gave their best punch. For Georgetown, it represented a chance to keep their NCAA Tournament hopes alive and avoid a three-game skid.

The team’s injuries and accumulation of losses—in addition to the accessibility of televised games—have tanked the fan base’s viewership, leading to a league-worst in local television viewership this season.
