WEST YORK, Pa. (WHTM) – Feb. 22 is a day that West York Borough Police will never forget after Officer Andrew Duarte was killed in the line of duty at UPMC York Hospital. Local businesses, led by York General Contracting in Dover, are donating time and materials needed for a memorial in honor of Officer Duarte.
