A Tasmanian ban on the importation of queen bees from interstate will see local beekeepers increasingly turn to artificial insemination to ensure healthy bee populations. These are the conversations for oyster farmers still reeling from a mysterious and deadly illness that is killing oysters in what was once one of Tasmania's most productive oyster-farming areas.
