Andy, as she’s called, was born in Loja, Ecuador, with a disability that left her with limited motor skills, including difficulty walking and stiffness in her muscles. She was three years old when she first started walking, and it took her longer than usual to learn to write, too.

Others are lined up for coffee and more substantial breakfast foods like granola and burritos.

On Tuesday, as Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents continued making arrests around the country including in metro Atlanta, 285 South spoke to a teacher who works at a public school in the Buford Highway corridor. He said about a fourth of his students haven’t shown up this week.
