Measles has officially reached Doña Ana County. An unvaccinated child is the first person in the Southern New Mexico county to be diagnosed with the disease amid the recent outbreak, according to a Tuesday release from the New Mexico Department of Health. There are now 63 diagnosed cases of measles in New Mexico, almost all in southeastern New Mexico.
