BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Victims of a Memorial Day weekend row house fire that consumed a West Baltimore block are alleging that squatters are responsible for the total loss of their homes and belongings, including the death of a cherished pet. Erupting on Saturday afternoon on the northwest side of the 2500 block of Woodbrook Avenue, Rodney Pulliam told Spotlight on Maryland that he is devastated by the outcome of the rapidly spreading blaze.
