EUGENE, Ore. — Flock Safety cameras have made their way into the city of Eugene, and have already proven effective, according to police. "When they asked us for assistance to locate the vehicle that was involved, we entered the data into the cameras, and within minutes, we were able to locate the vehicle and the persons of interest in the murder," said Captain Jake Burke with the Eugene Police Department.
