FOOD for Lane County hosts the 33rd annual Chef's Night Out, serving small sips and bites to the foodies of Eugene. Sixty-five unique local businesses gathered to provide delicious cuisine for the event. LCC Baking took home the award for Best Sweet Bite, and Northfork Tavern took home Best Savory Bite. Eugene's biggest foodies gathered Monday at Lane County Events Hall for the 33rd annual Chef's Night Out, a showcase of Eugene's vibrant culinary scene.

As the season turns, Oregonians are looking for ways to get outside and enjoy the spring weather. Luckily, three of Eugene's favorite things are coming to town: beer, baseball and fresh produce. The Eugene Emeralds are starting up a new season Wednesday. The Saturday Market has returned, providing fresh, seasonal picks of produce for its customers. And Oakshire soft-opened its new Springfield taproom, with a grand opening at the beginning of May.
