KMTR-TV (Springfield, OR)

KMTR, which broadcasts on virtual channel 16 (UHF digital channel 17), is a television station in Eugene, Oregon, affiliated with both NBC and CW+. It is owned by Roberts Media, LLC, while the Sinclair Broadcast Group, which also operates CBS affiliate KVAL-TV (channel 13), manages KMTR through a shared services agreement (SSA). The two stations operate out of the same studios and transmitter located on Blanton Road in Eugene. Prior to 2020, KMTR had its own facilities on International Court in Springfield, Oregon, but moved to KVAL's location that year. The master control and some of KMTR's internal functions are now handled at the KVAL studios.
