LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — The Lynchburg Police Department (LPD) is investigating an armed robbery. On Sunday at 11:13 p.m., the Lynchburg Police Department responded to a report of an armed robbery in the 5200 block of Fort Avenue. When officers got there, they made contact with the store clerk.

CAMPBELL COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — — Everyone is safe after a fire broke out in Campbell County early Monday morning. ABC13 was on the scene in the 100 block of Clover Lane just before 1 a.m. for a structure fire. Firefighters say when they arrived on scene, they could see heavy flames coming from the home. Officials tell us no one was inside the home at the time of the fire. Now, officials are looking for what sparked the blaze. They tell us the Campbell County Fire Marshal's Office is investigating.

DANVILLE, Va. (WSET) — The Danville Police Department is investigating a homicide. They say it happened in the 200 block of Fagan Street. On Wednesday night, just before 10 p.m., police were responding to Fagan Street for a well being check. When they got there, they found a male lying in a driveway suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body. Police say Danville resident Azra Jermann Keene, 33, was rendered lifesaving aid at the scene.
