    COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) -In just over two month, Colorado Springs voters will be voting on whether the city should move forward with annexing land for a massive proposed development. The Karman Line development is set to be 1800 plus acres southwest of the Schriever Space Force Base. It would include 6,500 homes, park areas, and commercial retail space. On Tuesday, Colorado Springs City Council set a special election over the issue.

KKTV's weekend anchor Grace Kraemer shared the video of something "spooky and creepy" with sports anchor Jessica Mendoza and meteorologist Josephine Saige during the 10 p.m. newscast on April 6. Kraemer said a viewer had sent in the video, which shows what appears to be a small animal reaching out with its arms to grab something on the ground.
