Residents are advised to boil water before using it for any purpose. ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. - An injured adult black bear that garnered attention on social media was found dead in Altamonte Springs. According to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission, staff with the FWC Bear Management Program responded to a report of a dead bear on Wednesday, which appears to have been the same injured bear reported recently in the area and that FWC had been trying to locate.
