    UPDATE (1/31/24): The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 16-year-old in connection with the November death of Brian Matthew Brown. A Bibb County Sheriff’s Office news release says the teen was transferred to the Regional Youth Detention Center just before 4:30 on Wednesday. He’s charged with murder. He also faces three counts of aggravated assault stemming from an incident on January 11, 2024 on Tela Place.

    WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — A 7th grade social studies teacher at Warner Robins Middle School was arrested last week for terroristic threats and cruelty to children in the 3rd degree. An incident report from the Houston County Sheriff’s Office says the incident happened on December 7th, when 51-year-old Benjamin Reese was overheard yelling at a group of 3 students after one of them told him that the Isreali flag hanging in his room offended her.

    MILLEDGEVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — A Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office Jailer has been arrested for sexually assaulting an inmate at the Baldwin County detention center. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says in a press release that that jailer was 25-year-old Emmanuelle Robinson of Macon. The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office requested the GBI’s assistance investigating this case in September, Robinson turned himself into Baldwin County’s detention center on December 6th.
