The cold shock domain (CSD) protein acts as a nucleic acid-binding protein and exhibits a strong affinity for the Y-box core motif ATTGG segment on gene promoter regions, playing a significant role in gene regulation. Given the moderate folding and unfolding rates of the cold shock protein from Bacillus caldolyticus (BcCsp) observed in previous magnetic tweezers studies, it is a suitable choice for investigating the interaction between CSD protein and single-stranded DNA containing ATTGG.

1. IntroductionPiston accumulators serve as energy storage devices in hydraulic pneumatic systems and play an important role in industries such as petrochemicals, large machinery, and steel metallurgy. The structure of the mainstream piston accumulator is shown in Figure 1, with the part names corresponding to the numbers in Figure 1, as shown in Table 1. The external container of a piston accumulator is usually a cylindrical metal casing.

Artificial brain is conceived as advanced intelligence technology, capable to emulate in-memory processes occurring in the human brain by integrating synaptic devices. Within this context, improving the functionality of synaptic transistors to increase information processing density in neuromorphic chips is a major challenge in this field.
