    Tracking the Tropical Atlantic As we enter the last month of Hurricane Season, we still have activity brewing in the Caribbean. A special advisory issued at 7:20 p.m. has upgraded Rafael to a Category 1 hurricane. As of the Tuesday, 7 p.m. advisory, Rafael has sustained winds of 75 mph and gusts up to 85 mph. Rafael is moving to the NW at 15 mph.
