    NORFOLK, Va. — That's a wrap to April 2025 and warmth dominated the month in Norfolk. Out of the 30 days, 17 recorded above-average temperatures, making it one of the more unseasonably warm Aprils in recent memory. The average temperature gradually climbed from 65°F at the start of the month to 74°F by the end, reflecting a consistent warming trend as we moved deeper into spring. When we average out all the daily highs and lows, April’s overall mean temperature settled at 64.4°F.
