Another Israeli-style hummus hotspot is set to open in New York City — well, technically, five of them. Motek, a small but rapidly growing chain of “kosher-style” Mediterranean restaurants, first opened in downtown Miami in June 2020. Since then, it has expanded across South Florida, with six locations in and around Miami, while a seventh outpost just opened in Boca Raton earlier this month.
