    PIKESVILLE, MD — A man accused of shooting a woman this weekend in the Pikesville area was held without bond, court records say. Police from the Pikesville Precinct said they were called for an "assault in progress" Sunday around 10:55 a.m. in the 4300 block of Crest Heights Road near the city-county line. Officers said they found a 62-year-old woman suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Authorities said they arrested 44-year-old Lesvin Dominguez-Bolivar in the case.

    CATONSVILLE, MD — A man was fatally struck while changing a flat tire recently on Interstate 695 in Catonsville, police said. Troopers are looking for the unknown driver who fled the scene. Police said Dunkley was outside his Toyota Tacoma pickup truck on the right shoulder of the inner loop of Interstate 695 at Wilkens Avenue when a passing driver struck him Sunday around 2:23 a.m.Troopers said the other vehicle, described as a 2005 to 2012 Toyota Tacoma, failed to remain on the scene.
