    The Pittsburgh region could be in store for more severe weather Monday afternoon and evening, days after a deluge spurred flash flooding that led to evacuations in eastern Allegheny and Westmoreland counties. Much of Western Pennsylvania is under a Level 2 threat for flooding and severe weather, according to the National Weather Service office in Moon. For severe weather, that means there’s increased confidence in the possibility of storms with damaging wind, large hail and isolated tornadoes.
