A luxury pair of 'premium' leather shoes and an authentic classic linen polo shirt. Shoppers who bought from online websites thought were nabbing a good deal on legitimate and quality boutique items from UK-based stores. But instead, they took weeks to come and arrived in vastly different condition to how they were described online.

    They say you should never meet your idols. Maybe it's out of fear of disappointment and spending years idolising someone, or a group, only to then feel let down or realise they weren't quite as you expected. But arriving at Cheshire Oaks' 30th anniversary bash, I did just that. When I heard hit pop group the Sugababes were due to perform a headline set, and was then offered a sit-down interview, I jumped at the chance.

    It was a huge celebration to mark 30 years since the work first began on Cheshire OaksIt first began its journey as a large greenfield site just off the M53 in the 1980s. The vast area was originally intended for commercial use, to attract a boom in businesses to the region and boost employment. Drivers passing on the motorway would have once looked out onto open green space. Chatter had long been brewing about a vision to create a shopping complex conveniently off the busy route.
