San Antonio civil engineering firm Pape-Dawson Engineers recently signed a 58,000-square-foot lease for office space at 800 E. Sonterra Boulevard in Stone Oak, the company confirmed to the Business Journal. Employees are expected to move in this summer. Partners Real Estate's Parker LaBarge and David Ballard brokered the deal.
