A speeding driver lost control of his car at a bend in Fife and crashed head-on with another vehicle, badly injuring others. Jamie McAndrew’s white Seat Ibiza collided with an Audi on Kingseat Road, Dunfermline, after he crossed into the opposing carriagewayThe front seat passenger in his own car and the female passenger in the Audi suffered broken bones. He was also injured in the October 26 2022 crash.

An 18-year-old driver tailgated an ambulance at 85mph on the A92 in Fife, then undertook it, because he was late for dinner. At Dunfermline Sheriff Court, Harry Docherty apologised for his driving and said he was trying to get himself and his girlfriend to a restaurant before it closed. The court heard the ambulance was responding to an emergency in Dunfermline city centre at the time and had its blue lights and sirens on.

Douglas Keir, 68, was seen holding his penis in February last year by a couple driving home from the cinema and ten months later, by a man looking from his home on the street.

A prisoner bombarded his wife in Fife with 1,382 phone calls from behind bars, including making threats to kill her, during a six-month period of domestic abuse. James Finn, 38, threatened to go on hunger strike unless his wife answered his calls. Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court heard Finn was serving a sentence from January 2023 and his then-wife spoke to him by phone and visited him.
