    VANCOUVER, Wash. — Editor's note: The video above aired Monday, before the two goats were recovered. A pair of baby goats stolen from the Orchards Feed Store over the weekend have been found safe, the store said Tuesday, having apparently been dumped outside Vancouver. In a Facebook post, the store said that someone spotted the two goats walking in the middle of Lower River Road west of Vancouver, and police brought them home.

    PORTLAND, Ore. — By Wednesday evening, Portland City Council was many hours deep into a marathon meeting set to stretch from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. — their first official chance to debate and amend Mayor Keith Wilson's budget proposal. Wilson submitted his $8 billion budget proposal earlier this month. He wants to provide more funding for public safety, homelessness and city cleanup, while eliminating some city staff positions and slashing park maintenance.

    PORTLAND, Ore. — Results started coming in at 8 p.m. Tuesday evening for school board races which could significantly reshape the Portland Public Schools board of directors for the next four years. Four of seven PPS school board seats are up for grabs in this election, with just two of those races including an incumbent candidate. PPS board elections are held in May of odd-numbered years, and winners are elected to four-year terms that begin in July.
