Is today the day that we’ve been waiting for? Will Caleb Williams and the Chicago Bears offense finally look like the unit we hope they can be? I’m not looking for Caleb Williams to throw for 400 yards and four scores—although I definitely wouldn’t be opposed—I’m just looking for Chicago’s offense to begin to create some identity. Going up against a Colts team that has struggled on defense this season seems like an excellent place to start.

The Chicago Bears have officially wrapped the 2024 preseason, and now general manager Ryan Poles has some important decisions to make in trimming the roster down to 53 players by Tuesday's deadline. For the most part, the Bears roster is set with returning veterans and high-profile rookies. But there have been a number of jobs and spots up for grabs, which brought out the best in some roster-bubble player looking to make the cut. Unfortunately, not all will.
