LOVELAND, Colo. (KDVR) — According to the Loveland Police Department, a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agent with the username “a. Bro” accessed the Flock safety camera database multiple times, all using the subject “ICE” for their search. “I was not aware that a note was put in the note section of ICE,” Loveland police chief Tim Doran said. “Now, why he would have put that note is really up to him or his chain of command.

DENVER (KDVR) — Neighbors near Interstate 70 in Denver say the noise in the area is constant from traffic nearby. GOLDEN, Colo. (KDVR) — Troy Mehrer, a senior tech with Fix It 24/7, says it’s been nothing but back-to-back calls, people trying to get their air conditioning right during the hottest week of the year so far, something he says could be avoided. “We work, you know, 12, 14-hour days, seven days a week,” Mehrer said. Record-breaking calls, double the amount of clients they normally see at this time just last year. “It’s been busy, I mean crazy busy. I mean call after call after call,” Mehrer said.

DENVER (KDVR) — Rick Kyle, a chief of operations with the Denver Police Department, says the No Kings protest on Saturday was peaceful. However, later that evening, a group unaffiliated with that protest became aggressive with officers, and that is when things took a turn. “People were throwing objects at officers. My understanding is rocks, bottles, that type of thing,“ Kyle said. Kyle says that is when police upped their response, doing what they’re trained to do in these types of situations.
