On Monday, Tributary Hotel’s Ōkta announced it will return as Ōkta Farm and Kitchen on May 3. The McMinnville eatery’s resurgence follows the welcoming of a new “culinary and farm team,” which will offer seasonal four-course menus starting this summer.

(KOIN) — When researchers surveyed Portlanders last year, they learned that residents approve of local attractions like parks and restaurants — while homelessness and safety remain areas of concern. The City Budget Office unveiled the results of the 2024 Portland Insights Survey on Monday. The office collaborated with Portland State University’s Regional Research Institute for Human Services to gather responses from around 4,200 residents from June 3 to Oct. 28.
