Several car dealership owners say they follow protocol and give customers car keys for a test drive, but some of those cars never come back. "They take the cars for a test drive and they don't come back,” said owner Nidal Zeitoun. Three cars were stolen off the lot of Kenner’s Auto Nation. “We're losing all the money, and it’s not fair,” said Zeitoun. Surveillance video from the car dealership shows a suspect stealing a red Hyundai.

"It looked like a river, water was pretty much house to house, on the sidewalk, everywhere,” said Lindsay Edwards. Edwards says the area outside her home in the Lower 9th Ward was completely covered in water. “I guess we were surprised because it has never flooded like this here before,” Edwards said. But the water didn't stop outside her house on Burgundy Street. She said at least three inches made it inside.

More than 80 officers from multiple law enforcement agencies secured the Lakefront on Easter Sunday. "We understand why they have the extra officers because a lot of things could happen, things that we don't want to happen while our families are out here,” said Kuantay Reeder. New security efforts were put in place along the five-mile stretch of Lakeshore Drive.

For the first time ever the French Quarter Easter Parade will not roll on Bourbon Street, new changes organizers say they had to make due to the New Year’s Day Terror Attack. "It is a tradition people come from all of the world and we want the parade to roll so we'll make it happen,” said parade organizer, Kitsy Adams. As thousands of people prepare to fill the French Quarter for the Easter Day Parade, organizers are also getting ready to embrace new changes to the historic event.

"Someone jogging in the park shouldn't feel unsafe,” said Dawn Lapeyrolerie. People who work out at city park say they are on high alert, after police say a woman was robbed at gunpoint while jogging Monday night. "It's awful to hear someone got attacked at city park, I love this park,” said Mary Jane Walsh. NOPD says that just before 10 p.m. Monday on Palm Drive, an unknown armed suspect approached the victim, pushed her to the ground, and demanded her belongings.
